A team of 5 members including secretariat staff team and Master Trainers of INP+ visited one of its member NGO in Chennai, (NCP+) as an exposure visit. It was indeed a very happy moment to see the trainings that were given to community members in the past are put into practice and is followed meticulously. A special congratulations to NCP+ team for wonderful documentation in practice, good board and staff relationship, staff commitment towards organization.
