A two-day Training of Trainers (TOT) programme on Organizational Management Tools (OMT) was successfully conducted by Thozhli federartion. Training program for OMT and setting the stage for a series of sessions focused on key compliance topics, including organizational registrations, certification processes, the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, and Child Protection Policy. plans were made for a demo online class incorporating a PowerPoint presentation and video-based learning. The training also included discussions on updating drive sheets and adopting simplified, accessible methods for delivering the training to member organizations. Finally, an OMT implementation plan was presented and reviewed with the participants to ensure effective rollout.
