The National PLHIV Leaders Summit was held in Delhi to develop recommendations for NACP 6. Leaders from various PLHIV organizations and representatives from funding agencies participated in the event. Notable attendees included NACO Director General Ms. Hekali Zhimomi, UNAIDS Country Director Mr. David Bridger, representatives from GNP+, and youth leaders.
