The Government of India has decided to present the Third Voluntary National Report (VNR) during the High-Level Political Forum in 2025. NITI Aayog, on behalf of the Government of India, is coordinating the preparation of the second VNR and is committed to ensuring that this document is prepared in a consultative manner. To incorporate the perspectives of civil society organizations (CSOs) in the report, a series of consultations were conducted. UNAIDS and UNDP facilitated a National Consultation with the LGBTQIA+ and People Living with HIV (PLHIV) community on January 3, 2025, at the UNAIDS Office in Delhi. Mr. Shaun Micheal and Nagaraj P from INP+ participated in the consultation, providing valuable inputs for the report.
