Mr. Abraham became a member of INP+ soon after its foundation and has been involved in its tremendous development, serving in various positions as an Executive Board Member, General Secretary and Treasurer. Under his leadership, INP+ has developed into a strong federation of state, district and taluk level networks. He was also instrumental in the formation of the state level network in Kerala & Maharashtra and driving force in the formation of various networks across the country. He was also a motivating force in the formation of the National Association for People Living with HIV in Nepal. Under his leadership, INP+ had been a part of many national and international forums. He was the coordinator of the human rights study undertaken in India. He had represented INP+ at international and national HIV/AIDS related conferences and workshops.

Mr. Karunanidhi has been an active member of INP+ for the past 20 years. He is also the President of Namakkal District HIV Positive People Welfare Society (NDHPWS). With his community services in Namakkal district, including advocacy and networking efforts taken at the Tamil Nadu state level, he now serves in INP+ federation board.

Mrs. Renuka has been a member of INP+ since 2003. Besides this role, she is also the founder of Cheyutha HIV Welfare Empowerment Society [CHES+] in Vijayawada. As a BSc Graduate and an active social worker, she has been instrumental in developing strong linkages with the government, Community Based Organizations (CBO), Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and with other societies and associations.

Mr. Anjaneya Reddy has been a member of INP+ for the past 21 years. He is also the founder of Telangana Network of People living with HIV/AIDS. With a Master degree in Sociology, he is influential in advocacy, networking and capacity building efforts taken in Telangana state. He now continues his community services in INP+ federation board.

Mr. Rama Mohan Rao has been an active member of INP+ for the past 20 years. He is a BSc graduate and an active social worker. He is also the Founder of Coastal Network of Positive People in Kakinada district. He actively takes part as well as leads all advocacy and networking affairs in Andhra Pradesh state as a board member of INP+.

Mr. Thyagaraja has been an active member of INP+ for the past 14 years. With a master's degree in social work, he has been actively taking part in all advocacy efforts taken in Bangalore by Karnataka Network for People Living with HIV/AIDS (KNP+). With his relentless contribution for the sake of community members at the state level, he secured the position of INP+ board member to continue his services.
